Hi,
I am looking for a water pump which can be placed on top of the tank to drain water from it. The external ones I found so far need to be placed below water level as I was told they only push water but not suck water.
Do water pumps which suck water exist? If so, can you suggest a few please?
thanks

I am looking for the opposite, something reasonable priced that can push water from a holding tank to my big tank.

I bought PC2 recently and found it to be an awesome pump. I'm using it to drain but it will do well for refilling too.

A pond pump is your solution. Home Depot, Lowes have them.
