i need help on my discus. i have it for 2-3 weeks now. i have 6 of them inside a 55 gallon tank. they're around 2-3''.. they always run and hide when someone aproches them and they won't eat. what to do? any advice? i tried feeding them tetra bits. because where i live, doesn't have that wide variety of live feeds like blackworm and bloodworms. thank you in advance...

Try Frozen Bloodworms

what are the water parameters? eg, temp, ph, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate
