Very healthy and nice.

I'm running my well dry (new house, well water) with too many water changes, so I have to downsize.
These guys are looking like nice fish. 4? months old.
You can see my contest babies to see what they'll look like in the future

I'll try to get a better picture later. That was my camera phone as I walked out the door, today.
And it's friday: so no 'work' going on at work

I'll trade + cash for some sort of interesting man item: maybe a sort of gun

Wish I had the room, Harry. Having a good time watching the few I got off you last year. For a trade you should ask for a juggarknaut saw... you're not a big dog unless you own a juggarknaut saw

I would buy them and pick it up too because I live in Fayetteville but my tank is still cycling right now

Tetra safestart should allow you to do it. Do a 100% water change, add the fish and 2 big bottles of TSS to maximize the bacteria count (from petsmart). Don't change water for 2 days to let the bacteria attach to surfaces, add some prime if needed for ammonia spikes. Then you can do small daily water changes until the tank is cycled. Generally in about 2 weeks. Granted this is not ideal but I've done this many times after sanitizing tanks while treating for flukes.

Shoot, don't tempt me Harry. You know my wife would kill me if I came home with more fish... free or not. I'd trade you my shotgun for them but that's the only gun I have right now. In this day in age I'll need to keep it and hide it from the government before they bust in our houses and rape us of our 2nd amendments.

I do hope you keep up the lineage of your fish though. That bull pen of males you have along with that thick female are too damn good looking not to breed.

I bet Harry has a mature sponge filter in the tank with them he'd sell you at a reasonable price...problem instantly solved.

Fair solution.

These are going on craig's list soon, where some local kid will kill them!

Could I keep these in a tank with 50 % ro water and 50% water from a fully cycled tank?
I live in Waxhaw and am interested.

I have long kept them in Charlotte water.

Water around here is great

Ro water would be icing on the cake
