We'll I don't know what them analysts are talking about... Housing bubble burst? My A$$... its all about Location...Location , Location... and we got that here at our SimplyDiscus Homesteads!! It may also help that we have so many great incentives now to subscribe for a homestead, but I like to think Its because rumor has it, this is one cool and rock'in neighborhood...otherwise how could we attract members like MadDiscus aka MKD as a new Homesteader!

It was great news hearing that he wanted to join our community!! Please join me in welcoming him and help him to feel right at home here.
