Pat,
Try without the flash (just tank lighting) use 800 ISO or 1600 ISO. When I have fish not wanting to cooperate color wise due to flash this is what I do.

Thanks Babar, there are actually five in the group but there is only one small one and he is living with the batch B F1 tefes. These four are in with the batch A F1 tefes. If the one little heckel was in with the other four he would get pecked on to death. The heckels do like to push each other about.
