First time customer ordering from Kens, bought some t-5 lighting and other suplies on Monday, 3:48 pm my time 12 minutes til closing time for Kens. Much to my disbelief and shock my order was not only processed on monday evening but it shiped out!! Will be here tomorrow, now that's how you run a buisness. That has to be the best customer service ever that I have gotten when making a purchase online. They just earned a customer for life for sure.

Yes Ken is the best in the biz. I really don't understand those that order from the large companies when Ken's prices are the same as their sale prices and his CS is so good

Ken is amazing. I ordered some supplies from him several months ago from Japan, after being out of the US for nearly 2 years, and not ordering from his as long he immediately remembered me, and was extremely helpful in getting the order to Japan !

I've always been happy with Ken's in the past, but I asked them a question both on line and by phone. I never got an answer from them. It left me with a sour taste.
