if you do.. go to DALLAS or AUSTIN.. thats where the Discus people are.. they are some in San Antonio.. and Houston.. but they snobby.. they don't talk to us.. :)

Dallas and austin is where im from. Lived in richardson during high school and ut austin for undergrad.
So itll probably be those two. There is a chance i may there in the next 2-3 yrs. but who knows.

Didnt think a division in texas discus ppl existed. Lol.

Just a reminder that the meeting is Saturday at my house. The board will be meeting at 1:00 to argue through all of the NADA show stuff and then the fun stuff starts at 3:30. We will provide some sort of snack kind of stuff. Might do a taco or nacho bar. Please feel free to bring anything else that you want to. I have a few activities in mind so bring a few $1 bills..... Don't worry you will enjoy them....LOL.

Were almost half way there! 4.00 a box - six types available! Thin Mints (yum!) , Tagalongs (peanut butter chocolate), Samoas (Carmel/coconut), Dosidos (Peanut butter), Trefoils (shortbread), savannah smiles (lemon)

It was so nice to meet everyone today :D

Thanks to John and his wife for holding this meeting at their home. The food was delicious and I loved seeing the fish house. I felt bad running out only an hour after I got there, I wish I had more time to talk with everyone. Next time though! So when's the next meeting??! LOL :p

Good to finally meet you in person and it was eye-opening to see the fish room with such nice discus. Sorry the wife and I couldn't stay long but we had some other engagements. Got some good ideas for my future setup though. NADA in the summer should be great and I intend to be there. I should have more tanks up and running by then. Maybe I will be able to pick up some new additions.
