Hi, Quick Question here. Can I have two proven pairs of Discus in the same community tank? The Tank is 90 G, Planted, and used to have one pair in it, while the other was in the breeding tank. thanks!

Sure, you can put two pairs into a tank that size. Just be sure to add either driftwood or a couple of large plants to provide a line of sight break. Oh and if you put a breeding cone at each end it will encourage them to establish separate territory so that they don't fight as often. Might still have a couple of arguments, but they won't last as long. =)

Yep, second what Toni said. I don't have breeding cones but just a lot of driftwood and a few big plants to break up the tank into natural sections and that's helped 3 pairs and several bachelors/bachelorettes put up with one another.

A big tank like that will be no problem.

If any problems arise, you can always add a divider in the tank.
