We have enabled a new modification (which Simply had in the past, some of you may remember it) that presents members with forum rules the first time they attempt to post to a forum area or send PMs. You must agree to these forum rules before you may begin using the website. There have been a lot of questions lately regarding our rules so we want to make sure they're always accessible. You can always read the most current rules by selecting the "Forum Rules" link on the navigation bar at the top of the forum.
This modification may not work with mobile versions of the site including apps like Tapatalk. If for any reason you cannot access forum content from your mobile device, it is most likely because you'll need to log into the website from a PC and agree to the rules first. Once you've completed this step, the forum will function normally. I apologize for the inconvenience but this is not a built-in feature of vBulletin software (though it should be) and modifications may or may not work properly with the plethora of mobile viewing platforms out there. Hopefully everyone will have at least limited access to a PC to complete this one-time task.
