I have a 55 BB tank that has been cycling for about two weeks we are already pretty low on the nitrite count, but I'm wondering if I need to fully cycle the tank since I'm going to be doing 90% daily water changes for the fish.

I can't speak from experience, but John Nicholson says he hasn't cycled a tank in years because he changes 50%-80% daily. I will say if you miss wc a few days without cycling you might be in trouble.

im not too worried about missing water changes, and the tank not only has a canister filter full of bio media but also has two sponge filter and some driftwood that will create a nice place for the bacteria to start reproducing, and the tank will be cycled anyways even if I do the water changes even if it takes longer, I'm just wondering if people have just started a tank and thrown discus in there without cycling since as you get juveniles you are still going to have to do a lot of water changes specially with the beef heart, black worms, and pelleted food that I'm going to feed them daily.

I'm keeping 8 3.5-4" discus for 5 weeks now in 55g bb without cycling. They are all healthy and growing with no problem! Just keep up with the daily 90% wc and wipe the glass daily!

just tested the water and I have 0 Nitrites this is 24 hours after I added pure ammonia and today earlier I tested and had 0 Ammonia and 1.0 nitrites did a water change around 60%, I added the ammonia once again after I got a 0 reading yesterday as well and did no water change just added ammonia, I might think the tanks is cycled but I will keep up with the water changes, will be brining some fish home tomorrow.

No need to cycle if doing daily > 90% wc. Problem is you should not skip a wc. It sounds your filters are cycled anyway.
