Hi Folks,
I have about 25 fry from my Forrest Giant Blue/ High-body Snakeskin pair (please see my post under breeding). Both parents were from Kenny. I'm going to keep a few, but if you're interested in 10 or more at $10 each, I'll split shipping. This is my first batch from this pair and I see both 9 and 14 bar types. They're young, about quarter size including tail, but I thought I'd see what interest is out there. They've been eating BBS, FDBW, and Spectrum Growth pellets (slowly). Sorry about the pic. The tank's kind if stuck in a corner. Thanks for looking.

Here are a couple pics. The male is the High-body snakeskin (14-bar). He is an inch in diameter larger than most of my fish, 7"+. The female is a Forrest Giant blue (9-bar), a bit smaller than him, 6"+.

Thanks! Yes, I know. My older camera won't let me get close enough and I don't have a phone that takes pics. I do, however, only have about 10 left from this batch, with a new group of wigglers waiting to attach. I'll post more pics soon.

Thanks to everyone for looking! I'm sold out at the moment, but this pair is spawning regularly and I hope to have more fry soon. I'll add to the thread when I have more available.

Thanks for your interest. They took a break for a while but they look like they might be getting ready to spawn again. I've got some month-old pigeon blood fry I hope to be able to offer in about a month.


Edit-update. Called it! They're spawning right now. Hopefully there will be enough that hatch that they decide to keep them.

I'm between batches right now. The hatch rate has been low on the last few spawns, including the most recent one :( I'm working on it. Thanks for your interest. If I ever get these guys going again, there seems to be plenty of interest in them!
