Piwowarski R/T Pair and fry

I got this pair of Piwowarski R/T's from Josie (Chicago Discus) about a year ago. They have had some very small spawns over the last 6 months or so but they have finally gotten it right. This batch was 100 +. The Piwo's seem to take longer to mature than some of the other strains I have had. Great parents but I ended up pulling the female because she was starting to get tattered with the fry eating off of her. I'm feeding these guys Forrest aquabites exclusively and they really love them. The video was taken yesterday at 10 days free swimming.

Well hopefully I will have pics of the Super Checkerboard Pair before long. They are proven now. Finally had a decent size batch and the male ate them this morning. Still young. Another great pair from Chicago Discus.
