What's the difference between these two strains?

No way to know with that limited info. They are both heckle crosses. The first is a Nhamunda Blue Moon heckle. Nhamunda references the location the heckle was caught (Nhamunda river). The second is a Blue Moon heckle but doesn't reference the collection point. Could be Nhamunda and might not be. The differences between collection points can be very minor or can be huge. On top of these the names give no reference to what the heckle was crossed with. Could be a turq, leopard, golden and on and on.

What blue moon and blue face; these are just names but don't reveal the artificial strain the Heckel was crossed with?

No they don't. Blue moon and Blue Face are references to the heckle in it's wild state. Some heckles have a blue face and due to this are labeled Blue moon or Blue face.

True, you will need to ask the breeder to reveal the domestic strain the Heckel was crossed with. The terms blue moon and blue face are names the collector call the fish.

So blue moon and blue face are wild [ie purebred - F0] and then cross-bred with an artificial strain. Makes sense. Thanks.
