How do I drop and drag pics.

Somehow after I select my pic and upload, it wants me to drop and drag into the area and I can't drag it down.
Can anyone help.

Hi Nicole, are you on a tablet or ipad? I noticed that I can not drag the pictures on my ipad but can with a mouse on my laptop.

Rufus, I do not know how to select an item, drag and drop it elsewhere using a touch screen. To do with a mouse you simply select it using a mouse button, continue to hold the mouse button while dragging the item to where ever you wish to place it and release the mouse button.
