You photographers, anyone ever print on acrylic before? Heard it can look fantastic, thinking about have a few photos printed and I was thinking acrylic. I've done metallic paper and aluminum before and both are nice (Aluminum more so) but acrylic has peaked my interest lately just looking for anyone with any first hand experience with it. Or even insight. 20% off coupon from Adoramapix, thought I'd take advantage of it.

Matt, Ardan can take a photo and carve the it into arylic. The detail is amazing and almost has a 3D quality about it.

Thanks Pat, I meant more of an image printed to paper then face mounted to an acrylic panel rather than actual etching onto the surface. A lot of gallery type landscape photographers do this and if you've ever been to a Peter Lik gallery (or similar photographer) a lot of his stuff is done this way and it literally glows.

The acrlyic and print would be cut to the same exact size so you would basically see no edges. Then a wall float for the wall. A few examples, it's hard to really see in photos.

My other option is to just print on metal with a high gloss.
