It's not the critique corner but feel free to critique them if you want. It's a family tradition that we celebrate the 4th at our farm so I threw the camera in the car this time to see what I could get. I didn't end up with much, but here they are. I feel like the framing might be a bit tight on a few of them, and a few have place or the sky blown out as I forgot I had a neutral density filter in the car until it was to late. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with them. I did a few variations of the same photo as well (B&W, Sepia, etc) not sure if I will put them all up yet or just one from each. Let me know if you want to see the others!

We are exploding with tomatoes among other crops. Large ones too, I believe that PVC is 1".

Moss and ferns growing on our giant slabs of granite. Like Dr. Malcom says in Jurassic Park, life always finds a way.

One of many really nice tall Eastern Red Cedar trees growing on the property.

Posted photos of this before but this is parts of the old horse drawn hay rake we have. I believe my great grandfather used it. Has to be early on 1900s. I need to look at it closer and see if I can find anything to date it.

Cleaning the day's catch of Bluegill (Bream for us southern folk). That sink is older than me lol.

I believe this is a 66 Chevy. Pretty much all still original but in pretty desolate condition on the outside, interior is actually in really good shape. It actually still runs, not going anywhere fast on those tires though.

And of course walking back to the car, the car was screaming at me to shoot it too! It's filthy but that's what happens when its a daily driver and it's been raining every day, I'll get to it soon.

I know this is a random pic but I think it's a great shot , I love the blend of past and present.

Thanks all!

Crockett, I think thats what drew me to shoot the car. Was sitting in front of that old store house (small general store used when the road beside it was just dirt and cars were few and far between if they existed at all.) and the clash between time periods was striking.

Awesome pictures, drive the Challenger to Jax, I know a detailer down here that doesn't mind doing an American made(vs. the usual Euro-trash) every now and then;);)

Again, excellent shots.

Absolutely Matt, definitely stands out.

We had a truck that was just as rusty as the one you show, and this is what we ended up with :)

Thats nice! We keep talking about getting it fixed up, it's my dad's but he just never materializes those plans for one reason or another. Had an old classic car guy friend tell us unless we just want it for ourselves don't dump a lot of money into it on a restore. Minor things here and there, bodywork and some paint but don't try and make it a full on restore as it would just not hold the value you put into it.
