which one is better for discus fin/tail rot - chloramphenicol or tetracycline?
Recently, I have brought Cobalt Flake food for my discus. But initially I wrongly measure the flake quantity. So probably that mess the water, however I do 50%+ wc everyday. Now after starting that food my 3 - 4 inch discus (s) seems infected tail rot. Initially I found 3 infected and transferred to QT. But today I found very little symptoms at few other discus tail. Did 90% wc and keep doing that for few days instead of 50%. Temp was 29~30c, today increased to 31c.
All filter pads are replaced.
I think I need to do some treat at main tank. In my country no official med for discus available. I found these mentioned two med is widely used. Which one is better? Any other suggestions ?
