Hello everyone! just want to share the beauties I received last week, like always the lady's manage to put a smile on face! 2 Albino Red Golden Melons and also they were kind enough to send me two curi x cross from this past April shipment... Let me explain, back in may my friend Geophrey got two curipera cross which both turn out to be females, of course I bought one so I was looking for a male, after talking with Miranda she mentioned they had kept two from April shipment for future breeder but still hadn't paired off, so possibly was two male, anyways enough said, I got the fish and let me show how awesome they are!!!!

Nothing against the ARGM's, but those Cuipeua crosses are something else!

Rick you know it!!!! I'm glad you like them, when Miranda told me they were around I knew I had to get them, and the ARGM they're my very first albinos, and I'm very happy with them as well...

Hi Alfredo, Thanks for posting these videos. Both of the pairs are amazing. They are Albino Red Golden Diamond (not Melon), and I think they are a beautiful pair... one with a halo and the other solid red. The Curipera (Cuipeua) Crosses are a mystery. They may turn out to be male and female, or 2 males... too young to tell for certain. Keep us posted!.... Miranda

Thanks Miranda, hopefully the Curipera X will do the same, as the Albino Red Golden Diamond did tonight, wasn't expecting them to spawn this soon... Here's a few other shots because i had the dslr with me at the moment, was just getting back from the dog park...

All I can say is Wow! I certainly didn't expect them to spawn so soon either. Nice looking clutch of eggs for a first spawn. And the Curis look very happy too! Must be the water in Syracuse! BTW... love your dog! Very cute with that big floppy tongue..... Miranda

Finally got the camera to the fishroom, I have to admit I still can't capture her true colors, I try a few shot with the light out and no flash at high ISO and still can't capture it the way I want to, maybe I need to refine my photo skills, eitherway I love my new fish!!!
