If you are from the SoCal area, please let us know (by voting) if you would be interested in meeting a few fellow discus hobbyist wanting to talk discus. This is still in the air and things like dates/times/locations have yet to be discussed. This is simply to gauge the interest. Just keep this in the back of your mind. Obviously I cannot poll for everything on that list, but it gives you an idea where we can possibly head with this thread.

If Al hosts, of course I will come but can't stay whole meeting because weekend Im a driver for my kids and major WC :). See you there Rick and Al.

I'm Orange County, would definently be interested in meeting new people, helping others and learning from others.

Can start off small, doesn't need big agendas or officers or anything if the interest or complexity does not support that. Even something as simple as a lunch meetup just to talk shop is easy to organize and low involvement.

I feel the same way. I wouldn't mind just having lunch and drinking a couple beers while talking discus. Thanks for chiming in :)
