I can't tell if these are bubble or what. Any ideas?

Aged water helps with this? If I turn off my emperor 400 the bubbles go away.

If after a water change you have hundreds of little air bubbles in your tank, then yes, you would benefit from aging your water. If it is your filter producing these, then you may want to check your filter, seems like excessive air bubbles to me.
