Improving my tank

So I have watched the video that was put up and I want to change my tank
Will it be safe to put my discus in another tank while I make the changes
I will make sure the water is good and so are the levels.
The temporary tank is 147 litres
How long can they be in there safely

Yes you should OK general rule is 44 L (10 Gal) per Discus As a matter of fact they could be housed in there for a long time like weeks and months.

Can I put sucker fish in a bare bottom tan

Depends what sucker fish you are talking about.

Some will actually attack discus and suck the slime coat off them. Chinese Algae Eaters are notorious for this.

Otherwise a lot a pretty messy and produce a lot of waste.

Hi Nicole, how many discus do you have? 147 liters is about 38 gallons.

Perfectly doable Nicole while you redo your tank. Would suggest staying on top of water changes and watch for a mini-cycle in the small tank.

Wow, nice! Clean-looking :) It took me about a year before I re-did my tank. I go slow....
