Mechanical Water Wheel Mechanical Filter from Europe

Last week there was a post about a new filter made in Europe that uses a paper roll and a wheel to remove detritus from the tank using a wheel and a set of floats, but, I can't for the life of me remember who posted it? Can anyone provide a link? I've been unable to find it with search and I'd like to look into it further. The Marineland with the Micron cartridge is too problematic unless I run it 24/7 and to do that I have to throttle the output way down, if I shut it off overnight I need to change the cartridge daily due to the scent of dying bacteria... never something you really want to smell :P
