I read on the forum about cleaning the hoses and thought that would be a good idea.
I was trying to use a brush on the inside but of course couldn't go all the way. My husband made me a gizmo that worked real well. Thought I would share it with you guys.
Attach 60 lb fishing line on both ends of a bottle brush and on one side attach a fishing weight small enough to get through the hose.
The fishing line needs to be a little longer than the hose.
Use the end with the weight to start the line in the hose and let it fall all the way through. Once you get the end of the line through you can pull the brush with the weight and go back and forth. I will attach a picture.
My hoses were disgusting. I tried to soak then in bleach but this was much better.
