Looking for NADA show setup help

Like the title says, I'm looking for help setting up the showroom for the NADA show. Many hands make light work and all that. We have a group of local guys committed to getting the job done, but I see we've got over a dozen hotel rooms occupied by out of towners Wednesday night so if you're up to it we'll be starting setting up Wednesday. I won't know the exact time we can start for another week, but it will be no later than 5. I'll post back an exact time as soon as I get it. We'll be putting up tank racks, draping them, placing tanks, running PVC for the air supply, filling tanks, getting heaters and sponge filters going, and other basic set up. In addition for those less inclined for that type of physical labor, we'll also be putting together goodie bags and gift wrapping raffle boxes, so there's probably something for everyone. Whatever we don't get done on Wednesday we'll be doing on Thursday, so if you're willing on either day please drop in the Lilac room and see what we can find for you to do.

We'll be supplying pizza Wednesday evening, so if you'd post here that you're going to be stopping in to help it would help me estimate how many to get.

That's my other option Larry lol, and likely outcome. Get off early Tues, hit the road and get as far as I can and have a short day Weds. This one is shorter than Austin but that was a rough drive.

I'm driving in sometime on Wed Keith if I don't get hung up in traffic. Both I-94 and I-90 have construction looking at Google maps.
Another delay may be at the border...does US border hold back guys like me that look suspicious. :)
If during this event I am treated with respect...heck I may not even go back home.

All, we have the green light to start setup anytime after lunch. I have a pickup to make at O'hare about 11:00 so I should safely be there ready to start by 1:00. Anytime after that you want to wander in and a lend a hand would be awesome.

Thinking I might drive to around the Lebanon IN mark Tuesday and stay the night somewhere close there pending any delays down south. Gives me a ~3hr drive on Weds morning and I don't have to drive overnight. Whats traffic like from 94 up 294 around Chicago around anywhere from 8am-10am? Basically just trying to miss any crazy morning rush hour even if I have to delay an hour. Either way I expect to be in around lunch time Weds. And I'll have my camera so I can catch everyone at least trying to look busy during setup. ;)

After 9am traffic will be better. Taking 80/94 to 294 or 80/94 and stay on 80 west to 355 north. its tollway but much faster. Map quest it. Do not take 94 thru the city free but a lot of traffic.

By 5:00 if all goes well we should have all the racks already set up. I'm sure there will be plenty of other non bag stuffing things to do though. Pizza is suppose to arrive at 5:00 as well, so your timing might be good.
