My niece invited me to take pictures of her birthday/graduation party which give me some much needed practice. I find you have to be very careful to maintain a correct balance on human skin. So asking our photo gurus for any improvements these photos. The lady in the pictures is my niece and the two little girls are her daughters. The following photos are mostly just fun pictures. I had no control over lighting and background.

I like the last one the best.
Always hard to tell with various monitors, but I would play with the WB a bit. The skin tone perhaps could use a little warming.

You are definitely on to something Stan. Upon closer inspection I am noting grey undertones so went back and made some adjustments to white balance and temp and in some cases orange and yellow saturation. I am showing the before and after on a couple of these shots.
