Hey there can I ask how you are setting up your purigen reactor? I have been searching on how to make one. It seems you need to modify any given reactor to be able to run purigen without it bypassing. I haven't found anything that can hold purigen other than "the bag"

I'm going to cut pieces of a micron filter sock to the same size as the black screens that go on the dispersion plate to prevent the purigen beads from escaping.

you just need a small tumble with purigen. I use a old aquarium systems 404 pump on my lifeguard fluidize bed filter i run purigen in. Even then it is turned way down to keep the liter of purigen out of the tank as well as small piece of panty hose on the output side.

search the site not long ago another member had a link to a polyester micron type of screen he switched out in his reactor that worked well without clogging for purigen.

I get micron socks from Duda Diesel and cut the material if its needed for some other purpose.
