I'm thinking of doing a sump/refugium. The cost is shocking. Has anyone had any experience with the refugium kit on E-Bay for $60 +13 shipping for a 20g long. If I buy the tank for $24, my total cost with adhesive would be about $ 105. What do you think?

Has anyone done business with Gwynnbrook Farms? What was your experience.

Are Deep Blue tanks inferior and scratch easily?

Discus tank sumps don't need baffles vs saltwater sumps. So what I did was to use Mattenfilters from SwissTropicals.com for the size of tank I was using for an sump to make chambers. No glass to cut/glue. With all the water changes we do only mechanical and biological filtration are needed for an discus tank, keep it simple baby.....
