Louisville Discus?

Does anyone know of him? I see from "Ripoff Report" he used to be a sponsor here around 20009 and was from Brooklyn. Superpages.com describes it as "a full time, family run business owned by Mark Litvinsky" in Louisville, Ky. He sells discus on Aquabid and ebay and he does have feedback, but little of the feedback seems to relate to sales by him of discus.
