Maybe discus pimples? How often do you change water?

Usually happens due to sub-par water quality... You may want to up your water changes and do them more frequently... Could be as simple as that

No itching, I have not added new fish for long time, the temperature is 29 degrees

60 a day is def not water quality issues then. Do you age water?

Can you get a better pic? Have you changed anything recently, anything to your routine?

She asked if it was ich, not itching. Have you had any temp swings, broken heater, etc?

Agree A better pic would help. How many fish are affected? From what I can see and the info posted I think its a bacterial ... theres one spot that troubles me though...the one on the dorsal fin ray... that could indicate viral...not a place you usually see bacterial pockets.

If its the only fish I would get it in a hospital tank.
