I like that green eye stripe. Is it an egret? We have egrets and herons around here. I need to get out with my camera. Been too busy.

Always liked that green stripe on their face, it's so striking!

Thanks Guys. Thats a Great Egret, a member of the heron family. That Green patch...(loreal patches) are more pronounced during breeding season and fades after that.
