First discus tank project...TANK IS DONE w/pics

I'm not new to fish keeping, I have a few planted tanks but been obsessing about starting a discus tank. I bought a 75 gallon for $89. I'm making my own stand and hope to have discus sometime near the end of June. I will be updating with pics as this project unfolds.

Read all you can and ask questions ! I always say you are so far ahead finding this place before the fish are in your tank like I unfortunately did.

Buy great stock. Keep up w the water and you will love discus !

Tank is cycling and getting ready for 7 discus from Kenny. He is also sending me a cycled sponge in case my tank isnt cycled. Not sure if I'm keeping the driftwood the way it is, I'm also going to add some java fern.
