Sick Discus

Hey Guys,

My discus just started swimming vertically and has very little strength. He has turned very dark.

any ideas what could be the issue or how to treat it?

Water is 0-0-5ppm i do lots of water changes

ph is 6.4 and water temp is 84.

I did move my discus to this tank about a week and a half ago so that may have induced some stress. it is a planted tank

If the fish is weak then it has been at way for a while. Moving it to different tank most likely did not help it's situation. Is it eating? Guessing not. When you say "Water is 0-0-5ppm" are you referring to TDS?
