Need help

Just got new discus and have placed them in quarantine tank. Got it on tuesday and today this has happened. any one know what this is and whats the cause and how to fix it. water and everything is fine. done my checks regularly.

Itd be really helpful if you filled out the disease questionaire.. be as specific as possible. Are there any other fish in the tank? Looking at the pic theres alot of bloodworms uneaten and the fishlooks bloated. When was the fish fed?

just put the food in, where can i find the questioner? new here. yes there are other fish in the tank. it was fed in the morning then when i got back from work.
