Please help to understand if my discus is sick

Hello,

Today, I have observed white stringy feces with one of my discus 'fiamma rossa'. But not sure if it is affected with hex or any kind of parasite.

Symptoms Observed:
1) white stringy feces
2) not actively eating compare to the way it was eating few weeks before.
3) observed fore head getting thinned.
4) Its been almost a year i have this fish.

here is the picture attached highlighting the feces. Could someone help me if this is effected with any parasite and any kind of treatment needed before it is too late.

I would try deworming with prazi and levamisole first(one after another with a day of rest in between ) and proceed with 93 F temp. And metronidazole if deworming does not help .
You definitely got to do something about it if this symthoms lasts for a long time untill today .
