Help diagnos

My breeding pair has a white string like substance on their pectoral fins and what looks like dead skin above their mouths. I am wondering if this is a disease (if so what should I be treating them with) or if it is just the male being overly aggressive. The female is a little worse for wear. I did see them lip-locking last night. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

Stringy poop along with wounds in the head region may sound like HITH or hexamita disease , but in the same time it can also be just a wound from lip locking and momentary stress related stringy feces .
So please fill up the questionnaire an provide pictures of the affected discus or videos too if you can .
