are these the dwarf rays?

No, these are not dwarf rays. You are probably thinking of Potamotrygon Scobina, also called Mosaic Stingray, and Potamotrygon Hystrix, also called Mottled Stingrays . These are the only ones, that I know of, which can grow only up to 14".

My stingrays are Black Diamonds and Pearl Rays, which can grow anywhere from 16" to 24".

you're right. I was thinking of Mottled Stingray. I don't know much about them but they look fascinating. You have a nice collection.
