Cringe

Hi I have 10 discus in total in a 90 gallon tank. I bought 5 first from the same breeder and then realized that I needed to have more in the tank so after a month I went back to the same breeder and bought 5 more juveniles. They did great for the first couple of days but now all of a sudden they stopped eating and just lurk in the back of the tank now. I noticed that two or three of them have a white patch on their bodies and white stringy poop from one of them. It is looking really bad. They stopped eating and spend most of their time hiding in the back now. What is the cause and what medication should I be using? Any help would be appreciated thanks. I was only able to get a picture of one of them with the white marks on the skin, but the other two look even worse.
