Urgent Help needed! Cancer or prolapsed rectum ?!! Photos

Hey, everyone,
I hope I'm posting in the right place and not breaking any rules.
My discus stopped eating about 3-4 days ago. and since last night t started having these tumor looking things coming out of its rectum.
I don't see any worms and also tried to take look a sample of it falling apart under a microscope don't see any type of parasite!
I need your help your suggestions or if any of you have any experiences like this. Really worried about the fish and I have no clue how I can help him.

i would think prolapse? fish also looks stunted and poor condition otherwise. i would cull it

If you want to try and save the fish. Try a water change with Epsom and elevate the water to at least 86. The fish is constipated and it's larger instestine is sticking out...Also the parasites are starting to kill your fish. Good luck , but culling may be essential.
