Hi guys, we had a tie for the November 2018 "Pic of the Month". Paul and Dave tied with Paul's puppy and Dave's angry sky images. So we are doing a poll with just the two entries. Please vote for your favorite and so we can declare a winner. The poll will be open for one week.

Already amazed so many people liked the photo, suppose cute little puppies have an unfair advantage, not that he is that little anymore, now 4 and 1/2 months old. The area where the photo was taken is now under 3' snow and the whole of that mountain baisin is pretty impassable

I absolutely love both. I would pay for a print of each to frame for my gallery. Have to admit the puppy still tugs at your heart. Still my favorite. I vote the puppy.

Really glad it ended in a tie and congratulations to Dave for his great picture. My puppy is proving to be a great confort at this sad time as my dad passed away 6 days ago, he loved this breed of dog

What kind of dog is this?- gorgeous.

He is what is generally known as a Maremma sheepdog, although here where the breed originates (and not in Tuscany) folk get aggrieved if it is not called an Abbruzzese sheepdog.
This was my previous one, we actually bought him while still in Britain and then promptly brought him to Abruzzo, then once here we got the Scottish Collie! At least we are consistent in our irrational behavour
