Jehmco no longer carries kanamycin whats the alternative?

Called jehmco today to order kanamycin. They are out completely and longer sell it. I have been treating a discus with metroplex and it has not worked. So i believe i may have a bacterial infection. So the alternative is NEOMYCIN SULFATE. What i read about this med is not good. Anyone know where to find kanamycin? Or is there another recomendation on what to use. For bacterial infection. Fish is bloated and epson salt has not worked. I treated thinking parasite. I also heat treated with him as well.
