The local grocery store has boneless, skinless chicken thighs for .99lb. Great deal, but I don't know how I should cook them other than to just cut them up and saute'. Ideas would be welcome :)

My goto for chicken is. . .
Lemon juice and olive oil 1:4
These you have to play with to taste but listed in order of quantity
Crushed red pepper
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Garlic powder or finely minced in the jar as it's less potent than fresh
Mix these as you would a salad dressing.

As for the chicken you can bbq/bake or broil and then pour this over the top.
Especially good on wings... Even better the next day cold

Every time I buy thighs I cook up a bunch of Paul's chicken recipe in the recipe section. The recipe is for bone in skin on thighs but I don't see why it couldn't be made with boneless skinless. Another thought is Coq au Vin. Yet another is chicken thighs with lemon, butter, and capers. Possibilities are endless with chicken thighs.

I thought about Paul's recipe, but since it calls for skin on I wasn't sure. I'll take another look!

I also like the idea John suggested, as I bought these to use in salad!

At .99lb, I may have to buy more and do both

Brian, go ahead & use those boneless skinless chicken thighs in my chicken thighs recipe as Liz suggested - should be no problem at all - even saves you having to cut the meat away from the bones.

That's a deal I would stock the freezer chicken is my main food I love it and my favorite way to prepare is to first clean removing any excess fat, sprinkle the top with liquid smoke I like colquin, season with garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper, cook in a preheated 375 degree oven uncovered for 45min. ,and I usually serve with rice and green beans yum yum
