How do you find they compare with other pellets? Recommendations?

Hi Jeffrey,
This is what I found on the net. There is an article on dph that basically says it is expensive and they didn't really see any difference in the fish fed this food.
The address for the company is:
Biokyowa Inc.
Ste. 110
1400 Elbridge Payne
Chesterfield, MO 63017
The only way to buy from them is on very large quantity.
The only place I found that carries smaller quantities of the food is rarediscus.com and it was expensive. I think one ounce of the fry food was $7.
Hope this helps.
Donna :)

Jeffery I use to sell it and no longer do but I still have quite a bit that I feed my Discus and they love it. If you are looking for C-4000 which is the largest size you can contact JoAnn at Lazulifawn@aol.com She sells it for $1.70 per ounce or a 1 1/2 pound bag is $25 plus shipping and handling.

Her web address is:
http://hometown.aol.com/Lazulifawn/index.html

She is a renowned Goldfish & Koi expert and thinks highly of the food.

HI Jeff,
I used to buy this food from Amherst Aquatic
11 Willow Lane
Amherst, Ma. 01002

Ask for Chung Hsu, the price was $25 for 1kg or 35 oz.
he had all the different sizes to C-1000, 2,3 &4
Shipping should be cheaper since you live in RI.

a discus breeder in south carolina who was active in the mid-90's fed these pellets exlusively. discus growth and health was very good - i got some samples but never really took the time to get my fish adjusted to them - as i remembe they are expensive, but a little goes a long way.
