Hi,

After the first successful spawning, what is the chance for the parent to have it again ?
I moved the female back to the breeding tank and moved the babies out to their new tank.
The parent laid the eggs a day after. The eggs hatched and i got lots of babies.
But happiness did not last long...
But i could not see the babies anymore. The parent might ate them .. :'(
It seems that the parent is trying to breed again.

Which one is better for the parent to spawn the eggs (pipe, glass, or cones) ?

Thanks
Ronny

Your chances are excellent that they will breed again. It take a while for them to get it right, so keep up the good work.

Thanks Brad,

They laid the eggs again yesterday. ;)
I guess that i dont have to worry that much, as this couple is really productive ... ;D

Hi Brad,

Sorry no pics. I dont have a camera.
The male is snakeskin and the famale is snakeskin x malboro.
My pair now has around 30 babies (5 days old) for second spawn. :)
