Are these fry from parents that you have, or are we talking older baby discus, say 1 - 2"?

If these are six week old fry, most likely gill flukes

No Cobolt, they are not supposed to die. I would guess a bacterial infection from gill flukes, butyou need to give more information. Frank

I am losing a lot of angelfish fry right now because of bacterial infections. Water changes and clean tanks are key, but then there are some products you can use if you still end up having a problem. MarOxy is one I've been hearing a lot about. Also Furan 2.

Ryan, i doubt either of those would really help at this stage. Salt and Neomycin! Frank

I agree with Dennis.....most likely flukes.

I agree with Ryan, MarOxy is one of the best meds that you can use. Maracin2 is also good for stubborn bugs... I've used both for several years and have had very good results with my angels. It's a little on the expensive side, but it's worth it! Rick
