What is the recommended dosage and procedure for Kanacyn?

Hi Jim,
1 capsule(150mg) per 10 gal. everyother day for 5 days. repeat treatment in 3 days if necessary.

My advice is if it doesn't work in 5 days, odds are the bacteria is resistent (many are to kanacyn now), and you should try another med. Kanacyn works best for internal infections, tred tsreaks, septicemia,dropsy, etc, but will work on externals bacterias. It works on both gram positive and negatives.
