HELP - IMPORTANT

IMPORTANT: I´ve got a couple breending in a aquarium of 180 Lt, with only one cone of 28cm high. They have spawned about 20 times for + / - 3 months. I saw 5 times some eggs fertilized and shaking. Can anyone tell me the best way for them to breed ?
eg. filtration, temp, ph, water change....... ???

The discus can breed with Ph 7,5 ?
But it´s a little dificult for me to change water every day, only sequences of 5 days :-[

I have a pair that have spawned and raised fries at ph of 7.8. I would also put them in a small tank. That's a really large tank for breeding and raising fries!
