Best way to clean hospital tank

When treatment is done, what is the most effective way to clean up a 20g hospital tank? Please help. Thanks.

Bleach... 10 % solution over night soak all equipment, and filters.

Rinse everything well, and wash out tank thoroughly. let air dry for a day. refill, add a commercial dechlor, or run filter with carbon in it for day, drain and refill...
