compact fluorescent lights

i have 2 customsealife power compact fluorescent kits that i am no longer using that i will sell for a fair price if anyone with a planted tank is looking for them.

they are the retro kits with metal clips that mount to a canopy to hold the bulbs. bulbs will need to be purchased separately.

one is a 2x55 and the other is a 2x96. they have about 4 mos use.

If it is, I'll take the light with the canapy, you

actually i am only selling the light kit, not the canopy. that pic is from a 92g corner canopy i made for a business.

hovever, that person liked it so much they want me to build an identical canopy for his 54g corner at his house. if you need one let me know and i can build you one at the same time and give you a package deal with the 2x55's
and bring it up when we come back up there. then i would have an excuse to sneak over to grand view and get out of the mother in laws house ;D

Yes that sounds like a plan. I like the fact that the front is
curved, I built one for the 46 bow, but ran it as a half canopy,
so that the front lid isn't covered, works well, but for the 54c
a full canopy would be better. Give me a price, the stands black
and I can either paint it or find some black stain for it myself,
as I know I have seen black stain somewhere before.

What price are you looking for the light? I do have a 55watt compact
on it now, so a dual isn't needed, but if the price is right ::)

Are you going to the discus meeting this Feb 8th? I'll be there, just
waiting to hear from Willie on the full details.
