does anyone own discus breeding book?
can you suggest good/complete discus breeding books?
I have a discus fish a complete pet owner's manual, well is not a specilized breeding book but there is some part explaining how to breed discus, I 'm just trying to broaden my aqua library,
what I've now: -Nature Aquarium world 1, 2 & 3 by T. Amano
-Discus fish a complete pet owner's manual by Thomas A.
-Aquarium Plants Manual by Ines Scheurmann

well I Guess that's pretty much about it, but the funny thing is I learnt alot from website more than from book, and use the book only if I want to find some litttle thing and I forgot, where is the website for that :)

Discus for the perfectionist (Jack Wattley) has a large section devoted to "his" artificial rearing method. The bock is good, the method had been advanced by others before, and continues to be modifed by yet others. It is out of print but readily available.

There is a little out-of print but often seen book that apparently few people mention, that is actually very good. Baby Discus by Art Hayley. Although somewhat outdated in some areas, this book is in my opinnion a little gem. Very down to earth, very practical and chocked full of small ingenious tips for the do-it-yourselfer. When found, it usually sells for a couple of bucks.

There are a couple of very colorful books on breeding by Bernd Degen. People have strong opinnions about them. They hate them or love them. I have seen one and my opinnion was in the middle, but didn't love it.

Cheers, Francisco.

Actually, for beginning breeders, Wattley put out a cheap book fairly recently. Follow it's advice, and you should do well. Also, read all you can, but the best info is here and at DAAH (a plug), Frank ;)--Oh, name of Book is "Discus Breeding For Beginners"- Catchy! ;D
