Metro in food?

Hello guys. Can you guys instruct me how to use metro in food??? I have read a lot of different versions. Right now, I disolved 250mg pure metro from doctor in water and soak beef or worms for 2-3 hours and then feed. Store the solution in the fridge for the next day. Solution wan't go bad in the fridge, some people say 8 hours. ??? Well let me know please what's the dilio???? ;)

and for the storage... freeze if if solution or food. In water Metro has a short half life.
